NZ v SA 2017 4th ODI - New Zealand won by 7 wickets, Guptill's 180*

Guptill’s 180* levels series 2-2.

Toss: South Africa, who chose to bat
Venue: Seddon Park, Hamilton
Umpires: Wayne Knights, Rod Tucker, Ian Gould, Shaun Haig
Match Referee: Javagal Srinath

What an innings that was from Guptill. South Africa had smashed their way to 279 thanks to AB de Villiers doing his thing. They lost Brownlie early, were 2-1 down in the series against a rampant South Africa attack. The visitors had the number 1 bowler in the world – Imran Tahir – in their ranks, and he got the big wicket of Williamson. But Guptill took him to pieces on a very difficult track. Taylor scratched around to hang in there, but Guptill was simply outstanding. He was struggling towards the end with his hamstring, so just decided to only attempt to clear the ropes. Seriously, if you get a moment, find the innings on highlights and watch it – it was sensational.
