Shahid Afridi was flown from Pakistan in order to play again West Indies in 1996. He did not have a proper bat then, so then Waqar Younis presented the young Afridi with Sachin Tendulkar’s bat. Shahid Afridi did the world’s shortest century in just 37 balls. He hit 11 sizes and 6 boundaries. However, his record was first broken b Corey Anderson and then by South Africa’s AB de Villiers.

In 137 years of cricket history, no one has even hit a six on the first ball of a test match. However, Chris Gayle did this back in 2012 against a match with Bangladesh.
