Virat Kohli has fully recovered from the shoulder injury that has kept him out of action since the Ranchi Test against Australia last month. The BCCI’s medical team has confirmed he is fit to play for Royal Challengers Bangalore in their match against Mumbai Indians on Friday.

Kohli injured his right shoulder while making a diving stop at the boundary on the first day of the Ranchi Test. He missed the fourth Test against Australia in Dharamsala, with Ajinkya Rahane leading India in his absence, and was also ruled out of Royal Challengers’ first three matches of the IPL season.

He will now be available for RCB’s next match against Mumbai Indians on April 14 in Bengaluru.
