Shaminda Eranga cleared to bowl by ICC

Shaminda Eranga’s bowling action has been cleared by the International Cricket Council. The Sri Lankan pacer can resume bowling with immediate effect on the international circuit once more after his action was deemed to adhere to the permissible 15 degree flexion rule.

The reassessment, conducted at the ICC accredited testing centre in Chennai, has now given him the green light to resume bowling.
