Marcus Stoinis, the Kings XI Punjab’s all-rounder, has been ruled out of the remainder of the Indian Premier League 2017 season with a shoulder injury.
The 27-year-old accrued just 17 runs and picked up two wickets in the five games he played for the Punjab franchise in IPL 10.
The extent of his shoulder injury still has to be assessed. The all-rounder is a part of Australia’s 15-man squad for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy to be held in England in June this year.
