When: Windies vs India, Only T20I, July 09 at 10:30 AM local time (9:00 PM IST)
Where: Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica
What to expect: The pitch for the fifth ODI at Jamaica was a belter for the batsmen, and should it stay true to that and given the batting fire power in both ranks, the match should be a high scorer. The weather is expected to be cloudy and rain could play a part.
Windies: The T20 bigwigs should be shoo-ins in the starting XI. Gayle will slot in at the top of the order, while Badree and Narine will make up the spin attack. Kesrick Williams, following his good show in the ODIs, should get another game. Pollard and Marlon Samuels would beef up the middle order and add the required experience and fire-power.
India: While he wasn’t handed an ODI debut in the preceding games, Rishabh Pant is expected to feature in the T20I XI. This will be his second appearance in India colours, having made his debut in the format in the T20I against England in Bengaluru.
