Younis Khan Announced His Retirement From Tests

Pakistan’s cricket player Younis Khan has announced retirement two days after Misbah-ul-Haq did the same on Thursday. Younis, 39, said in Karachi the upcoming West Indies Tests would be the last series of his career. The dual exit of Younis and Misbah will wipe out nearly 15,000 Test runs with their collective experience of 187 Tests so far.

Younis Khan Records-
Younis has played 115 Tests so far with 9977 runs at an average of 53.06 with 34 hundreds. His run tally, average and hundreds are all the highest among Pakistani batsmen. His highest Test score – 313 against Sri Lanka in 2009 – is the third-highest among Pakistani batsmen, after Hanif Mohammad’s 337 and Inzamam-ul-Haq’s 329.
